What is coaching?

Coaching differs from psychotherapy in that it is shorter and goal-oriented. Often people choose coaching because they want to understand themselves or a situation better. With the help of the zodiacal archetypes we can look at the transpersonal significance of the experience for our psyche.

How it works?

Consultations can be face-to-face or online. We can arrange to analyse your birth chart in writing first and then arrange a few counselling sessions based on that. Alternatively, we can arrange a set number of meetings to help and support you on the path to understanding your life situation.

How long does it take?

In my experience, people choose astrological coaching because they don't know what to do in a particular situation. The zodiac archetypes can offer different interpretations and ways of understanding what is happening. Usually they choose to have as many sessions needed to  fully understand the problem.

In my counselling work, I use the IPAL method, a combination of analytical psychology and psychological astrology. The method has been developed over 30 years of working with people by the IPAL Institute (www.ipal.si), where I trained from 2013-2022 and graduated with a diploma thesis in "Intergenerational Trauma, Cosmology and the Arts". Counselling is carried out through the analysis of the symbols of the cosmological chart, where I bring the content from the collective unconscious to the personal story of the individual through the analysis of the knowledge of the archetypal symbolism of the zodiac signs.

The link between zodiac symbols and psychology was pioneered in the early 20th century by Dane Rudhyar, and the direction became most established with the help of Liz Greene and Stephen Arroyo, who also founded the famous London School of the Centre of Psychological Astrology in London. Since 1993, training in psychological astrology has also been available in Slovenia through the IPAL Institute.

BASIC RULES FOR COUNSELLING

Counseling hour
For the purposes of the counseling session, I need accurate birth data: date, place and time of birth. Based on this data, a cosmogram is calculated, with which we then work in consulting. For the first consultation I prepare additional chart calculations (natal chart analysis according to elements, typology, important aspects and shortcomings of the cosmogram). Based on this data, I interpret the uniqueness of your life purpose in connection with the zodiacal archetypes.

Recommended duration of counseling
Considering that the work with the zodiac archetypes is very specific, it is recommended that you decide on at least a few meetings, so that we can fully review your cosmogram and address the topics that are important related to your chart. On the basis of the cosmogram, counseling can continue into psychotherapeutic treatment. If desired and necessary, I can also include cosmology in the psychotherapeutic treatment
and working with symbols to facilitate self-understanding.

Cancellation of participation
If we agree on a certain number of meetings, these meetings are considered to be irrevocably valid and the appointments cannot be cancelled. Exceptions are emergency situations, otherwise you are expected to come to the meeting.
